No, only iPhone 12 or 12 pro have MagSafe.

I can confirm this charger will charge a phone that uses Qi charging. I have just placed my old iPhone Xs Max on the base of the charger (the area designed for air pods with wireless charging cases), and it has begun to charge. However the Belkin Boost Charge 3-in-1 (Model:WIZ001TTBK / SKU:6402749) is better suited for iPhone X or other non-MagSafe phones.
