• A:Answer No is the easy answer. I made that mistake after purchasing and take home I found the XR doesn't have a metal backing to attract the magnet. I added a metal stick on and then plugged the unit in using my charger cord and the Phone charged but was hot when I went to take it off. I'm still using it that way but don't recommend. The other problem I called, Texted and E-Mailed the company about it with ZERO responses. Good Luck!

• A:Answer Yes, it will work with the seven. The magnet holds well and looks great while charging. I've used mine for several months with no problems. I do not recommend the iPhone XR due to it does not have a metal backing. I added a stick-on plate, but the phone gets hot when charging while plugged in. Nice product, Terrible company response. They won't respond the anything sent to them. They do have a nice web site and send out a lot of product E-Mails but that's it. Good luck!

• A:Answer My series seven started working right away, If I remember correctly, I think either the watch or the stand had a small plastic protective cover on it, so you may want to check that they were remove from the back of the watch and the stand. Good luck. Unfortunately, the company does not respond very well so good luck!
