Hi. You need to subscribe first from your ISP (Timewarner) for your internet connection, then you need to purchase this Belkin router to set up a Wi-Fi network to your house for wireless connection. No monthly fee for Belkin.

You do have to get service you pay for monthly thru an internet provider like time warner or possibly others depending on the available carriers in your area; your cable company is probably the easiest but definitely do some price shopping before you commit. Any router will only put out wifi signal for your wireless device(s) like phone, tablet, laptop, etc.
