“Would this convert VGA output computer to HDMI input on TV? My friend has an old HP Pavillion Desktop with a VGA output, but his TV only has an HDMI port. Will plugging the VGA cord into this adapter, and then plugging the HDMI part into his TV allow him to use the TV as a monitor?”

• NO ,because its VGA not DIGITAL it cant convert analog to digital but they sell up converters that work great for a clearer picture.
