- Answer Hi, BMD. As long as your AT&T U-verse is set up with its own wireless network name (SSID) and wireless password , then the range extender (F9K1015) should work.

QuestionDoes the range extender work with AC routers? I know it will not extend the AC range, but will it still extend the N range?

QuestionThere is a connection at home needed to be setup downstairs . is there a device that will allow internet from another pc to come from the router if the pc is not wireless?

- Answer Hi. If you want your computer to have a wireless capability, what you need is a wireless USB adapter. However, if you wish to extend the signal of your access point or router to provide Internet connectivity downstairs, a range extender is a good fit for that setup.
