Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest cooking where you do not mind the grease spatter. You could cook those items of meat but be prepared for the grease spatter. There is no "spatter guard or hood" that goes around it. Maybe line the area around the griddle with aluminum foil (Like counter tops and cabinets.) When I cooked the burgers to get the internal temperature of the meat right I had to get the griddle very hot. Then the grease spattered everywhere. ¡Provecho!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, easily. Just place the meat on an already warmed Griddle and cook it until it's done. Use the lowest setting you can. You can probably go as high as a medium if you want to cook your meat faster. But keep an eye on it. The Griddle heats quickly.
