• It is not ceramic. It appears to be just old black Teflon. I wish it were ceramic.

• I just called Bella. Pfoa/bpa free. They said it has no Teflon. Lots of things can be black. I’m waiting for a call from the engineer to tell me if CA proposition 65 = NA. 65 is about containing possible cancer causing materials or chemicals. Key word being may. USA was YEARS behind other countries in banning PFOA/PFOS.
