It cut half the time of using a stove top and yes the waffle come out beautiful
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Distributes the heat better, I think that it helps any batter from sticking. Adjustment to make waffles darker or lighter was easy to figure out. Light comes on when its heated up and ready to add batter. Turns light off and goes to green light when its done. Almost fool proof. Plastic handle could be an issue if you are rough with it or twist it hard the wrong way. Simple turn left then back right as it flips over take little effort. Fun to make.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume the flipping insures the batter spreads evenly in both top and bottom sides. Follow the instructions and it will brown evenly. Oil the plates, close, preheat, open, put in the batter, close, let it sit for 10 seconds or so, flip, wait until the green light goes on, flip again, open and find a nicely done waffle. Of course, adjust the setting to your degree of doneness after a few tries.

Wait for batter to rise enough to get into all the crevices before the top starts to cook. With flip only one side is heated at a time evenly cooking each side and alerting you when to flip. Doesn't get better than that.
