A:AnswerI am not sure but the thing is HUGE! It takes up a ton of counter space and pretty tall. I kept it but should have returned. I honestly don’t use it much. It’s also noisy.
A:AnswerYes, mine lit up 3 or 4 times and that was it. I see no easy way to get to the bulb either (I think it's at the top behind the heating element). Don't know if it's the bulb or the electronic circuit that is supplying power to it. Anyway, I just keep a small flashlight handy now if I need to see what's happening inside.

A:AnswerSame thing happened to me. I moved the tray down a bit and it seemed to help. Broiling at 400 for 8 to 10 mins worked for me as well. But keep an eye on it just to be sure.
