• You should NEVER use butter or Exta Virgin olive oil for air frying. Instead use ghee (clarified butter with high smoke point - not all ghee has high smoke point but most do - check for details on packaging) - it's great for fish or steak, canola oil, or extra-light olive oil (also has high smoke point)
