The preheating function does tend to take some time. - It can take up to 10-min for it to preheat. If you open the drawer, while preheating, it will pause the preheat and restart it all over again. - I noted that it is faster cooking chicken than shrimp burgers. - Pizza seems to burn around the edges and not be crisp at the bottom when you use the pizza pan. - It does omit a smell of something burning the first few times you use it. - I use the disposable air fryer covers and it seems to contain the mess pretty well.
