“How do I turn the fan off during baking? Even when I select bake mode (cake icon) the fan comes on and blows together separated cookie dough. Thanks.”

• The fan is for air frying I know if the unit gets too hot it will automatically turn the fan on to lower the temperature. I think it a safety feature. Hope this helps. Happy baking.
