If you truss the bird tight I think you could do a bigger bird on the bottom shelf. I don't know how big but if it's just sitting there you should be fine.

The Air Fryer Oven can roast up to a 4 lb. chicken or turkey breast and up to a 4 lb. roast. 2. IMPORTANT: Chickens or game birds up to 4 lbs. must be well trussed and may be cooked using the Rotisserie. 3. Poultry and meats cooked on the Rotisserie must be no wider than 7-1/2 inches and must fit comfortably in the Air Fryer Oven without touching either the lower or the upper heating elements. 4.
