How do I replace the rotisserie rod? null

I called 1-866-832-4843 to buy a replacement rotessori rod. They do not have parts for the Bella Pro Air Fryer 12.6 Qt. I have tried the 10.2” rod and the 11.02” rotessori rod on Amazon. The 10.02” is too small and the 11.02” is too large. I want to buy another rotessori rod that fits my Bella Air Fryer. At the moment, I am at a loss.
