- Answer Hello, thanks for reaching out. you just need to press the on/off button. Page 11 on the user's manual: Press the ON/OFF button. The Coffee Maker will begin the brew cycle. NOTE: To interrupt the brew process at any time, press the ON/OFF button until you hear a beep. Have a nice day. The BELLA Team.

QuestionThis is very similar in design to many Cuisinart models. Most Cuisinart models use a charcoal water filter. I see no mention anywhere that your unit does or that it's even available. Yet it has the same mounting for one as my Cuisinart. Why no info?

QuestionThe total height listed in the specifications is 10.7 inches. Can anyone confirm this is correct? Our counter will only allow a coffee maker up to 11 inches tall or it will interfere with our kitchen cabinets.

- Answer No, it is a nice cheap coffeemaker that has a cheap thin glass pot, I dropped mine already and am now out of luck because they have no replacement pots So dont bother,

- Answer There is a cleaner program built into the machine that the manufacturer suggests be performed every two weeks. As for the carafe, unfortunately it is not replaceable.
