• You can adjust this. The information is in the manual. The default is 2 hours. You can adjust it from 0 to 4 hours.

• default is 2 hours of warming. you can change that, but 2 hours is also max time.

• 4 hours, although if you start the brew cycle again it will figure out you didn't add water and start the Keep Warm countdown again.
