Cut your losses and give up. If you're talking about the 14 cup that's made of lightbulb-thin glass I don't think you'll find it. Shattered mine with the tap of a ring while carefully hand washing it. Bella brand might be cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. A programmable Mister Coffee 12 cup is on sale at least twice a year for under $25. I'm glad I kept my old one when I unpacked the deceptively cheap Bella "Pro". Good luck. If you find something not made by Bella that works post here.
