“Does this toast evenly (both sides of bread)? I bought one this weekend and very noticeable difference between the 2 side. Toaster is not in "BAGEL" mode. I'm trying to determine if this one is broke.”

• This happened to me on the first purchase. I returned/exchange for the same model and the new toaster toasts evenly on both sides.

• I just received mine and it appears that I have the same issue with the bagel mode. I press the bagel mode and all four sides glow. I plan on Measure the power used with a watt meter and compare the wattage used between bagel mode and regular.
