- Answer 20 Cups COOKED is Equals to 10 Cups UNCOOKED. It depends on how they advertised. You just gotta read carefully.

QuestionI bought this last month. I tried to use today. This brand new rice cooker cooks rice, but the display timer doesn't work. It keeps showing the 4 dashing light during cooking & the display shows as bb during warm cycle, not the numbers.

- Answer It shows the lines during the time it is warming up to steam. It should then switch to numbers but it doesn’t take long so you may miss it. The BB is the warming mode when the rice is complete.

QuestionBrand new out of the box doesn't work it cooks rice but doesn't have timer just 4 dashing lights or beep when it's done I have to babysit this machine. Is it broken am I doing something wrong?

QuestionI always made chili in a crock pot on low 6-8 hours. I can't find information about how the slow cook functions on the Bella rice cooker. Does anyone know how long I should cook chili for the same results? Also, it only has 1 temp - is it low or high?

QuestionI purchased this 2 weeks ago. Used it once on rice mode, but now the Risotto light stays on when I want to cook white rice. Is this suppose to stayed lit up or is the product not working correctly? The two times I’ve used it…. Love love love it

- Answer It shouldn't. If you disconnected from electricity and connect it back and the risotto light still on then take it back for warranty or exchange.
