“I bought this last month. I tried to use today. This brand new rice cooker cooks rice, but the display timer doesn't work. It keeps showing the 4 dashing light during cooking & the display shows as bb during warm cycle, not the numbers.”

It shows the lines during the time it is warming up to steam. It should then switch to numbers but it doesn’t take long so you may miss it. The BB is the warming mode when the rice is complete.
