Can you cook chicken or beef in it? null

It all depends, see I am Puertorrican and love making arroz con pollo (chicken & rice) and I used the sautee setting to pre-cook my chicken and then adjusted the timer to the time I needed. Then added my rice and adjusted the timer and it came out perfect and the chicken was cooked completely. I have NOT tried it to cook a stew of either beef or poultry by itself yet.
