Hello, you can visit our customer service website tsicustomerservice.com. If you go to the bottom of the page you will see an icon that says "Product Manuals". Once you click on that icon it will ask for your model number which will be located on the back of the unit and you will be able to down load manual or print it out. If you have any further questions or having an issue downloading manual please contact customer service at 866-661-1218 and we would be happy to help.
