• Yes. Two holes in back, one for each shelf. Plus two holes that go to each cavity behind the lower drawers. One hole on each side.

• Yes, it has holes for your cable. I have cable, subwolfer, and a PS4 and all the cables fit through perfectly fine.

• Every shelf has a hole for cable's. The section you are asking about has one on each side about 6" in from the outside.
