The Bellpal Watch offers a Professional protection plan that can contact emergency services. The alarm is received first by Bluestar SeniorTech's 24/7 Response Center. The Response Center will assess the situation and contact Emergency Services if necessary and contact emergency contacts. The Bellpal Watch also has a friends and family subscription plan. This plan only sends the alarm to your followers as well as provide the location of where the alarm was triggered and the followers can respond to a call or text.
