“I have a xbox one x and I am trying to set up the 4k on this monitor but im not sure why it wont go through. I am connected to HDMI port one with the cord that came with the one x and checked my xbox but is says monitor doesnt support. Please help.”

that does sound odd, this monitor isn't made for high frame rate gaming though. It's made for more design work. I can tell you that i just returned mine to manufacturer after three months for random flickering, it appears to be a known issue. They just sent me a replacement, but no explanation of what was wrong with the original or if I'll experience it again. I kind of wish i stuck with the 2k ips dell.
