I had the same question. So, I used the chat room on Best Buy website. The customer service attendant was super helpful. She took my order and connected me to the sales person at Pacific Sales. It took only about two minutes to get a phone call from Pacific Sales while the customer service attendant was waiting for me on the chat room. It was easy and I was impressed with the quality of their services!
