What des it weigh? null

50lbs....no, seriously, minimal... about 1/2 lb, if that...

It is the size of a medium sized smart cell phone, but heavier. Like the weight of two or so cell phones combined, but that makes sense since it is a very powerful battery charger. However, I don't mind the weight because when I do choose to carry it with me it is for the occasions I am confident I may NOT have access to an electricial outlet to charge my cell or my notebook computer and I find it reassuring to have this battery charger with me. It weighs a lot less than my notebook computer, of course, so it is not a problem for me to carry when I need it.
