• No. This is for the same size holes has hdmi but with the flat side on one end of the opening. These are usually on computer towers or gaming systems for output to TV/monitors. I imagine a phone to hdmi cord would be a c-hdmi or mini usb-hdmi. If you google “what I need to watch Samsung phone on my tv” it’ll show you. Enjoy!
