A:AnswerLoosen the tension on these two bolts and it will angle towards the floor. Be careful not to loosen them too much and create a dangerous situation. 13mm socket, ratchet and short extension will make life easy but a 13mm wrench or 1/2” wrench will suffice.
A:AnswerI would not recommend it. Maybe if you have a smaller tv but even then it’s not a good idea because once fully extended there is a substantial amount of weight hanging. Safety first
