QuestionThe mount looks great, but for some reason my TV 70" hisense keeps tilting forward. Should I tighten something up. I want it flat and as soon as I release the TV it tilts back down on its own

- Answer Yes, there are two tension screws on both upper arms of the mount. You have to use the included Allen wrench to tighten the screws so that the TV stays flat and doesn't tilt.
