However, I am fairly tech savvy and didn't need the quick guide to know the steps for connection. Looked up the manual anyway. Guess this isn't the mouse of my dreams!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This mouse is bluetooth. It needs no dongle. If it won't turn on, you are dead in the water. You need to return it for a different one that works. I have this mouse on a 2017 13" MacBook Air. Only issue I have is, it eats batteries. I encourage you to get rid of this thing, and switch to a different model.
