A:AnswerI have been unable to cancel my subscriptions online. Every time I click cancel, I get an error message. The phone line closed at 7:00 and it is unacceptable that I can’t cancel this myself online.
A:AnswerOn 1/16/2024 I cancelled my membership plan of $189.00 with a chat with Kusuma. He said that my membership would be cancelled, and sent me a transcript of the cancellation. However, my visa card has been charged. Kusuma saId that it would take 24 hours to credit the charge back to my credit card. As of today, 1/20, the charge is still on my visa, When can I expect a refund to my Visa card.
