- Answer i have been on the customer service line BestBuy.ca/billing for 4.5 hrs today at the 2min hold now for 45 minfrom 137 min start. never use thier callback option, never get a call back. 1.55hrs this morning with estimated time 1,25 hrs.

- Answer I don’t think that they do. I am a senior citizen and I decide if I want to purchase the plan or not! They can’t MAKE YOU do anything! Actually, if I remember correctly, you can cancel at anytime.

QuestionNot sure if this has been asked, but in the past, when I purchased TV's and retractable arms to hang the TV's, the membership included a Geek Squad membver who would come out and install them. Does the membership include this service still?
