We just realized the Magnolia care app and Tech cell numbers have been disconnected, company no longer exists . Looking at our Best Buy statements the charges of $19.99 a month are on going for since 2018 . They went out of business sometime last year. Why am I paying for this subscription when no one is available to service my home theater ? I called to cancel and was transferred over and over again given multiple numbers to call with no one knowing what to do. I finally called Citibank to dispute these charges. Here is the number.
