If you have your My Best Buy Total membership, you'd get 2 years of AppleCare+ included with an active My Best Buy Total membership, so you would not need to buy any additional coverage, and you would actually not be able to. AppleCare+ does not stack. After the included 2 years is up, you are sent an email asking if you'd like to continue with coverage, and you'd need to pay for that additional coverage yourself.
