Not anymore, I just purchased a 65 inch TV and it was delivered for free (the box was just placed in the living room). It wasn't even plugged in to make sure it worked ! I had purchased the plan in June 2023 and for the first year the free installation and removal were GREAT benefit. I had renewed the plan on June 2024. Bought the new TV in July only to find out of the major changes to the plan.
