Yes!!! absolutely they will charge you. I am also a senior and unable to bring my faulty new purchase into the store. I was told it would be $169 to come to my house. The answer to everything the geek squad does is BRING IT TO A STORE. There is no more USA geek squad they all have Indian names and accents.
