- Answer Thank you for the question Rick. With your Totaltech plan we can troubleshoot printer issues and provide software related services at no charge. For example a setting causing the printer to get disconnected from your network would be at no cost to repair. Printers purchased under your Totaltech plan at Best Buy would also receive hardware coverage as Best Buy Protection plans are added automatically at the time of purchase. For that it would be no charge if the item has a hardware issue such as no longer powering on. If the printer was purchased before the Totaltech plan or purchased outside of Best Buy it would not get the Best Buy Protection hardware plan but would still have software coverage and free troubleshooting. QuestionIf I buy a new TV, and Totaltech, and schedule a delivery and install, but then need to reschedule my delivery and install for a later date, will the Totaltech free install still be honored? Thanks!

Yes, the free install and delivery will be honored if you need to reschedule if you have already purchased the tv and Best Buy Totaltech at the same time. If you cancel the membership and still need reschedule your service you will be charged normal price of what the service costs. I hope this helps!

So as a Totaltech member, if you purchase a new TV from Best Buy you would get free delivery and free standard installation/standard wall mounting. - Answer Our Totaltech membership does cover older computers as long as they are still running a supported Windows or Apple operating system. Totaltech covers most labor and those not covered get a 20% discount(I.E. advanced services). The only thing Totaltech does not cover are parts for the repairs, unless it was purchased from us while having Totaltech and therefore getting up to 24 months of Best Buy Protection.

For cameras we do recommend a free site survey before install to verify the cameras can be installed in the locations you choose. For TV mountings with the purchase of a TV the mounting service is free but could have additional charges depending on the wall it is installed onto and if you are wanting in wall wiring. - Answer No, I've only seen availability one time in the months I've had membership and was unable to purchase even though the site said it was available to totaltech members at the time. When I tried to check out, it said it was no longer in stock, even though the landing page had the yellow button to add to cart. 4000 series cards are coming out soon, so the point is moot now
