Yes it covers everything you buy at Best Buy. When the 2 years is up you can purchase a monthly insurance on most products. So Total Tech will cover 2 years as long as you are a member and after that if you want to keep insurance you will have to pay a monthly payment to keep it.

If you are a member when you make your purchase (or purchase the membership during the appliance purchase) all your new appliances will have a 2-year protection plan added at no additional cost. You must maintain your Totaltech membership after that first year to keep the protection plans active. At the end of the two years, Best Buy may give you the option to extend those plans at that time, by paying for them yourself.
