“I have pictures on old laptop’s that I would like downloaded to a thumb drive and I have another laptop that needs either a virus removed or to be reset. If I have total tech what part of this would be covered. The salesperson in the store said all of it.”

They don’t cover everything they say that I bought it and found out there’s. $50 charge to come to your house and wouldn’t work on my iPhone it says total tech!!!! To me that means everything all devices and make sure you change your password I forgot 6 months later hacked and one of the log ins was a Best Buy Tech
