Please try again later.You must dampen your knee with water I used a wet cotton ball and I used the same cotton ball to wet the rubber pads wrap it around your knee snap on the wires then plug the other end in the power pack controller push power on and adjust strength with the up and down arrows .my arrows were wrong my up was actually down .
