- Answer They provide a t-adapter in the box to connect to existing toilet cold water supply. It fills a tank on the unit itself and heats up the tank for warm water cleaning.

QuestionIf this seat loses power, do you need to reprogram the personalized settings? I chose this seat for my grandma because it can be fairly no fuss once it's set up for her. Just trying to anticipate problems she might encounter after I leave.

- Answer No, the settings are retained even in power outage. I believe it is the remote that stores them.

- Answer The Bidet Feature is Normally used as the feminine wash. Contact Bio Bidet They will need Receipt from date of sale (Warrenty 1 year) and they will send you new Lid. At Least that's what they did on my other model.

- Answer No, the promo images appear to show a deodorizer but the actual unit just has a plastic cover there instead.

QuestionMy neighbor has a B600 and thats why I wanted to try this Series 3. She gets a two year warranty and the 3 has a one year. Is the quality of 600 alot better than the 3, its more expensive? Thanks Bill TOG

Questionis there an on off button for light. is the bulb replaceable.

- Answer Hello, Yes you can turn the light off with the remote. The night light should last the life of the bidet, in the event that it does not this is a part that Bio Bidet can send you to replace at home.
