- Answer There are nozzles that are hidden until activate. Once activate the water pressure allows the nozzles to extend and spray the desired areas.

QuestionHow well does this work with a handicap seat that goes over the toilet? The handicap seat is about 5 inches above the actual toilet seat.

- Answer We do not recommend a toilet seat riser at the seat level. Because of the angle spray the seat might get in the way. The alternative would be to use a riser that elevates at the base of the toilet.

- Answer You are going to run into the same issues with this unit as you do with your other water dispensing products. You can't fix an issue with water quality unless you start at the source.
