I would only recommend you to take it back to the store have them check it out or have them exchange it for another one and have them charge your new scooter for you while you wait and see everything is working properly in Oder , the store should be pretty reasonable and should have a good policy with their damage merchandise other than that The Bird Air scooter is a nice fun reliable scooter to get you around almost every where
