A:AnswerThe scooter does not have a QR code. Actually, you don’t need a QR code and you don’t need the App. You can connect it via Bluetooth on the app where it says “Private Birds”. It will show you the only one that is close to you. Once you connect it, it will only show you the battery, speed and headlight on/off option. You can control all that on the scooter itself without any need of the app.
A:AnswerI would only recommend you to take it back to the store have them check it out or have them exchange it for another one and have them charge your new scooter for you while you wait and see everything is working properly in Oder , the store should be pretty reasonable and should have a good policy with their damage merchandise other than that The Bird Air scooter is a nice fun reliable scooter to get you around almost every where
