You can share your Birdbuddy with family members by inviting them as guests through the app under Settings → Members. This lets them view bird visits, postcards and livestreams without extra cost. Premium just adds optional upgrades like HD videos, bird naming and more. 🐦

  • QuestionDoes this version use a macro sd card? Mine is several years old and has the card, which i would like to replace. Can you tell me what card to purchase.

    • Answer Hi Trigger, thank you for your question 💚 The newer Birdbuddy models don’t use a microSD card — all photos and videos are stored directly in the app. If you have an older version that uses one, we recommend checking your device’s slot size and replacing it with a Class 10 microSD card (8–32GB works best).   • QuestionIs there a subscription fee to use the camera to its fullest potential? That would not be cool at all.

    • Answer Yes, if more than one person wants to use it and that subscription is almost $100/yer. It also has a very weak WiFi antenna. It frequently looses its signal although its placed in an area that my phone considers a strong signal.
