A:AnswerHello! Thank you for your question, the difference between the two models is the color. 591P is for our Electric Rose color and 591B is for our Jet Black model.
A:AnswerHello, Once you’ve assembled your Bird, use the included power adapter and connect it to the charging port. Do not charge your Bird if either your Bird’s charging port or power supply are wet. If either are wet, wait for them to dry and then begin charging. Thank you.
A:AnswerHello, thank you for your question. The BirdOne is 300w, hope this answers your question. Should you have anymore please feel free to ask. Thank you!
A:AnswerThere isn't a physical lock included, but the IoT device in the Bird will lock the wheels whenever you lock it in the app, meaning that no one can ride it or move it except for you, the owner. This is similar to how shared Birds work when they're not in a ride on the street - they're locked and will alarm when moved and only someone who is authorized to ride can unlock it and ride. If you do want to buy a physical bike lock, that's also an option and can be locked through the back wheel if needed.
A:AnswerHello! Thank you for your question, your Bird One will only show up on your specific map. Nobody else will be able to see or unlock your unit. Hope this answers your question, should you have any other questions please feel free to ask. Thank you!
A:AnswerHello! Unfortunately this would be something to discuss with a Best Buy associate through their customer service as the promotion/website is controlled by them. Thank you and we hope you are able to complete your purchase.
A:AnswerNO! This scooter is NOT waterproof! It's barely water resistant with an IP rating of just 34 (IP34). Bird One recommends to end ride as soon as it appears to precipitate. Included with this answer is a picture of the label on the scooter to verify accuracy.
