• This will vacuum and shampoo carpets and multiple floor types. It also comes with microfiber floor cleaning pads, so it can clean sealed hardwood, tile, vinyl and laminate.

• I found the Big Green Complete to be to much. The attachments,the changing of the water the whole process of going from wet clean to dry was to exhausting. I wish I hadn't purchased this product. To much of a job just to get started then not to be satisfied after the job's completion.
