• The machine is approximately (based on a dead lift) 40# empty. Holds approx. 2 gallons of water at 8# /gallon. 56# total is my best approximation.

• Dunnoe the exact weight (check product specifications) but my wife is 66 and still nursing a broken wrist from a year ago and uses it and fills and empties the tanks without issue. If this helps?
