I had the same problem with the device. The first quit on the first day, the second did the same thing after a couple of uses. Take it back to the store and ask for a manager. Clearly this is a problem and Best Buy should deal with Bissell, not ask Best Buy customers to deal with Bissell.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most electronics stores in my state, within the United States, offer a 15 day return policy. There is only one store that I know of which sells electronics that does a 30 day return policy in my area and that is due to a high product failure rate. I have never heard of a store honoring a return if the product was bought 5 weeks before, even with a receipt, unless it was bought during the holiday season.
